The Human Element Part II. Coaching Culture & Capacities in Fiscal Sponsorship

Fiscal sponsor practitioners are presented with regular opportunities to help advance the important work of their sponsees by coaching them through challenges and opportunities. Likewise, fiscal sponsees are often filled with experienced, passionate, and brilliant leaders that can have a profoundly positive impact on the sponsor’s support staff which ultimately benefits the broader community of sponsees working with the sponsor. Yet, without the right attention to these important dynamics, opportunities to grow through coaching are never even identified, let alone pursued with intention. Please join us as we welcome organizational talent management expert Pratichi Shah from Flourish Talent Management Solutions who will lead a conversation on what is (and isn’t) coaching in this context, how to approach coaching with intentionality, and what are some key considerations when building out this type of support capacity.

This conversation may be of particular interest to leaders of fiscal sponsorship practices.
