Reimagining the Sector - Working in the nonprofit sector may be driven by compassion and the rewards of doing good, but this can come at the expense of personal financial health and wealth building. For fiscal sponsors, this is true of your staff and those of your projects. It is often the case that sponsor and project staff are not compensated on parity with each other. We will discuss and share policies and programs that can aid sponsors in promoting better wage and wealth equity for their communities.
