Peer Governance & Power-sharing Practices

Central to today’s conversation around racial justice and equity is that of power-sharing and shifting, from traditional top-down structures to more equitable distribution, and away from centers of whiteness to stewardship by communities of color. Our conversation will focus on approaches to peer governance, as well as legal and operational ways in which power and authority can be shared within fiscal sponsorship structures and practices.
