Last year we shared some preliminary sketches of impact and organizational health models and metrics for fiscal sponsors. We’re pleased to share with you a completed beta version of both models for discussion, as we prepare to test these on a voluntary basis with our members. Whether advocating to funders or potential projects for the value of fiscal sponsors or improving how you work, shared impact and organizational health models are essential to the future of the field.

This conversation may be of particular interest to both sponsors (of all models), funders, and project leaders engaged in any area of social impact work.
